InsertPictureForPPT2008
allows
you
to
import
an
entire
iPhoto
album,
or
selected
pictures
from
iPhoto
albums
into
your
PowerPoint™
presentation.
Photos are imported one photo per slide.
Photos that are larger than
the slide are scaled to fit the slide. Photos smaller than the slide
are displayed at their full size. InsertPictureForPPT2008 can not
import photos or pictures from a folder. Your pictures or photos must
be
in an iPhoto album prior to running InsertPictureForPPT2008.

Home and Student Edition does not have
Automator Actions.
This automator action will not work with Microsoft
Office Home and Student Edition.

Actions
must be present
- To test for the presence of
Automator actions, go to the
Applications folder and
open the Automator application
- Choose Custom when prompted
- In the search box next to the word Variables, type the word
PowerPoint (where it says Name)
- If you see a list of PowerPoint actions, then your installation
is good
- If you don't see a list of PowerPoint actions, then you need to
install them from your Office 2008 install disc
- To install Automator actions, run the Microsoft Office Setup
Assistant'
- Do a customized install and choose only the Automator actions
- After installing, open any Office application (ignore the
Framework error if you get one)
- Use Help > Check for Updates and install any updates that
come your way until all updates are completed.
